Appeals

Have you received an unfavorable order or judgment in your family law matter?  If the order or judgment against you is not supported by the law, you may be able to appeal.  Not all orders are appealable, and you must file an appeal within 30 days of the date of the order or judgment.  The Law Offices of Holly A.
